Q.. What time is the cut off point for same day deliveries ?
A.. Each store has a different cut off time, contact your costumer service rep,
or email us at info@checkyourflowerdelivery.com
Q.. Can I request a timed delivery?
A.. A timed delivery can be made, but must be called into a costumer service
rep.
Q.. What time does my business delivery arrive normally?
A.. All business deliveries are made before 4PM.
Q.. What happens to my package if no one is home?
A.. 1st we will try to leave it with a neighbor. 2nd if their is no available
neighbor, and if the weather permits we leave
it on the porch. 3rd If all else fails we call the recipient, leave a message
with the flower shop and recipient and take the package
back to our cooler at our warehouse, and wait for direction.
